I think this is really cool and deserves more attention from the space community as little of it has been in the headlines lately.

It mostly intrigues people that are interested in Physics. When you think of a vortex, you think of a circle don't you? Not a hexagon. Plus it's a perfect hexagon to the naked eye. No side is bigger than another. Strangely cool.
