Facebook Timeline

http://www.facebook.com/about/timelineits out now, sooner or later everyone's profile will be replaced with the timeline.
switched to it yet?
I did and I'm not used to it yet but i like it, makes sharing meaningless information less awkward, also the cover picture is awesome.

I do not use Facebook myself but on a somewhat not completely irrelevant topic, I'm just gonna say that I really like that commercial they made for the Timeline profile page.
Kinda reminds me of how Google makes ads - it's great!

I really like it. Kind of shows how much I grew since 2009 (Grade 9).
When I friended my bros, when I had my first girlfriend, when that one epic event happened, etc.

I like the header at the top, as you can add your own style. But layout design is confusing, and a little messy tbh. They should be aiming to compete with a level of simplicity like Twitter does, imo! It's to, messy!

Been using it for a while since it went into BETA for Application Developers on Facebook, and I love the layout and the overall feel. Though I do have a lot of people bitching about it, I have no idea why.

I activated it just then, and tbh it's quite easy to get use to. I quite like it. Just wait for everyone to Q.Q once it is released.

wat? Twitter is confusing as hell, I registered there to be able to compete in a twitter competition for Allods and it took me quite a while to understand what the hell I was doing.

Was about to create a topic about this as well.
What worries me is that timeline has some privacy issues. I heard on the radio that timeline might show your private messages on your wall. I did some reseaarch though and I guess I managed to prevent that. Also it seems that timeline shows only private messages that were sent during 2008-2009.
This still worries me becouse I've had few conversations through Facebook that are absolutely private and must not under any circumstances be shown to everyone on my friend list.

I don't use msn or any other chatting services and neither does my friends so Facebook's the only way to chat with my friends.
And there's private chatting in Facebook for reason. Maybe me and my friends are stupid for trusting it but still I thought that such a huge media as Facebook could manage to keep chatting log separate from public posts.

Screw that, Facebook on iPhone drives me insane. There's always a new bug, be it you comment on said photo and the comment actually appears on an entirely different photo. Or when the click the "comments/likes" under the photo on the feed, and you get a connection problem or again the comments for a totally separate photo. Then there's chat and how messed up it can be. Facebook Messenger isn't too, but it annoys me because it shows me as being online so I'm constantly being sent messages when I'm out and the last thing I want to read is some fuckwit asking me "Whats up?"
Anywho, FB on computer > iPad/iPhone
