It sucks that the click button is not the same as the start one. So precious time will be lost moving the mouse to the clicking button and i can't get my fast clicking ready.

Well i read the instructions and it said press start and click - duh'. So i pressed the start button and im looking for an image or a button that says duh

You can use both your 'ENTER' buttons. So very easy to cheat.

Flex bicep -> causes your arm to 'vibrate'. Manipulate the vibration to your advantage..and the result is you clicking very fast. Can get 140~ doing it that way.
