Which smartphone?

Hey all, I'm deciding which smartphone I should buy (with the $30 per month data plan, if that matters)
EDIT: Verizon Wireless Carrier
I don't want to spend too much, so the bang for the buck is what i'm looking for, and hopefully won't sacrifice too much... bang
My options:
LG Revolution 4G: For free
Samsung Stratosphere 4G - Free
Droid Charge 4G - $50
Droid Bionic 4G - $120
Droid Incredible 2 3G - Free
iPhone 4 - $100
Which should I pick, the Bionic is the one I'm leaning away from, just because it's expensive...

I just bought the iPhone 4G (not S) for $500..

Guessing you are on Verizon. Wait for the Galaxy Nexus phone, Google's next flagship phone running Android 4.0
Do NOT get the Bionic. Everyone who has that phone HATES it.

How long till it comes out? What's it's possible/probable price? (I'm a total scrub with phones)
Thanks about the bionic, crossed off list for now, and yeah verizon, forgot to mention.

It is coming out this month. Next 2 weeks probably. Price will probably be $299 w/ contract (since it is 4G).

Friend has the Nexus, it looks awesome. The phone is very light even though it's pretty big lol. He likes it but it has a dead pixel+some paintjob flaws. He had to wait like 2 months for it haha x)
