Holy shit...if they're not going to use sterile equipment, at least try to use clean ones. I'm just gonna take a wild guess and say that they reuse the needles without even boiling it. I mean, the guy compares dentistry with fixing a bicycle.

Then again, there are people who don't believe in soap.

it's not as good as autoclave but sterilizing with hot water (boiling your equipment) and buying a net tent can't possibly be that hard to do.

as for soap, there are people in the world who do not use it.
