When I sit infront of the computer or even play on my xbox for a prolonged amount of time, my hands and feet start to get really cold, does this happen to anybody else?

I always wondered why this happened. Especially in-regards to my hands, since it's not like their just sitting there, doing nothing.

*shrugs*

When i game, my hands occasionally get sweaty. Back when i played CS, the letters on the W,A,S,D keys almost disappeared because of this.

But now they are not sweating as often as before. :)

Sweaty hands happen when I'm using a controller, like xbox.

Cold hands happen when I'm spamming 45564364536564646 on sro.

its cause the room you are in is cold as shit so the body gives the heat to your main body rather than your extremities, which are technically not as important (if that was the question).
But yeah i get it sometimes, i just put on a sweater :3
I used to get sweaty hands when i played FIFA cause it was so intense.. ;p

It's because you're sitting still for a prolonged period of time resulting in very little blood circulation to your hands and feet. The more you spend hours on end sitting in front of a computer, the less your blood will flow there, especially if you don't work out on a regular basis to begin with.

I've had this for years and it's really annoying :P

It happens to me sometimes in Winter then i just wear gloves/socks and i am good to go.

But actually in summer i get very hot when sitting for a long time but i don't think i got sweaty hands anytime near.

+1 And even a cold draft can cause "Cold hands and feet!"

Sometimes my toe nails turn kind of dark, but I'm going to assume this is because I'm not getting blood circulation there.

And yeah the room my computer is in is cold as shit.

I've had this in the past but for some reason, I haven't had it for like 2 years now.
The best idea is probably just to move around every 30 minutes or so. Not like you have to stand up and do jumps. Just change position on the chair or something. Worked for me.

But yeah, I get cold hands when something is extremely exciting, I'm about to sell something very expensive, I get accepted at a job etc.

Poor circulation. You are sitting in front of a computer for hours on end. Go figure.

This, your blood circulation trough your body is poor as resulting temperature faults on some of your body parts, pretty common actually.

Drink some cup of warm English thee :sohappy:
