I mean it could be real if he just synthetizes some of the sounds he makes with his voice.

reminds me of dub fx, have one of his albums somewhere.. dub fx would sample his voice on the spot then sing/rap on the beats he created i think it's real what this guy does. not sure if hes synthesizing his voice or not tho..
