You mean Closed? You can't delete it.
This video is why I have like 30 friends.. all of which are Family or Close friends. Not acquaintances

you can delete it or deactivate it. Deletion takes about a month and cannot be recovered after it has been flushed out. Deactivation is well deactivation.

I don't have FB...and I don't think I ever will. Besides being a good site to keep in touch with friends and loved ones it seems to be more useful to its members as chance to portray superficial garbage about how their life is great (which half the time it isn't).
I've already done a lot of the social website thing in the past. I never understood why FB became so popular when it wasn't the first social site on the net...
