Burglar Caught While Making Breakfast

Police in University City say they believe they’ve caught the suspect in a string of burglaries after a homeowner tackled the man when she walked in on the suspect cooking in her kitchen. Kenya Ealy says she left her home to run an errand and when she returned, the burglar was cooking breakfast.

If he only breaks in to make some food I wouldn't even bother file a charge against him.

If I saw some stranger in my house, I'd want them charged regardless of what they are doing. If you've had the intent to break into my house, than god knows what they have done before they made themselves some food.
