Because they keep making changes every 2 weeks? And no, i still dont get how to get recent updates in and a stupid box keeps on blocking all the posts for some reason

Make changes every 6 months- ok
Make changes every 2 weeks, screw that

And i dont know anyone who uses google plus so that would be kinda pointless <,>

Hardly noticeable? Hah! The recent change is actually incredibly noticeable. First of all, they made this box on the right hand side that tells me what your friends are doing in real time. Now, that's cool and all, but it tells me information like "xx friend" commented "yy" message on "person you are not friends with and have never even heard of before". I can't see any obvious way to filter that information, either, so I'm stuck with having a constantly updating text box that monitors conversations with people I don't know. The potential is there, but without filtering I see it as incredibly stupid.

My main complaint, and something a lot of people are annoyed about, is the way that your news feed is now presented. There's no choice to view your most recent news feed (where it shows the most recent activities and slowly goes downwards in time. Now the default (and only) option is to view the most recent activities, such as people commenting on a status that's 3 days old that I have already previously read. Unless I made a comment on the statuses, I don't really need to see it again. They've stripped away the option to have your news feed listed the way you want it and that is incredibly frustrating and annoying.

If you haven't "noticed" these changes than your plain out just not paying attention. The complaints are valid and justified, without the users being satisfied and participating the website wouldn't be used; the website relies on it's users to fuel it's purpose. Any changes will, obviously, have an impact upon the users and it's justified to not be happy or satisfied with their updates.

That's what it now looks like. The awkward chat bar up the top is crammed in above the friends list, the chat box blocks off the add/photo albums pane, the entire page feels incredibly crowded and claustrophobic (especially on my tiny laptop screen) and it's incredibly hard to navigate: the "home" button sometimes links to my profile! So annoying.

Well, they probably feel the pressure from Google+ since they start making the exact same changes as Google+ have.
So maybe you should contact Google and tell them to stop their Google+ project? Problem solved.

I don't like it too because I got used to the old one, but I didn't like this one too when it first came, now if they rolled back to the way old look, I won't like it either although I didn't want it to be changed, it's not that bad, you'll get used to it.

A small hint:

Why don't you just "Hide Sidebar", it won't show the online friends and can make the page looks less crowded.

Facebook is hard for me to even get on anymore. I'm so close to all my friends and family, that the people I don't know on their I could care less about. Google + is Convenient because my Main Personal Email and my Student email are both gmail.

Think of Twitter like an internet phone for Receiving and Send Text Messages. Unlike phones, Twitter sends it as a "global" destinations (aka everyone who is following you), and you receive 'text messages' of people who you follow (which obviously are people you care about). Get it now?

And well yeah, didn't meant it is pointless is just... i didn't see the point lol
