It's hard to say whether North Korea is a communist state or not. I'm more leaning towards not specially since they removed all communist references out of their constitution. What we can agree on that it's a dictatorship.
Anyway communism isn't a bad thing in theory, but it's not feasible to build an entire country on that foundation because it always ends bad.

North Korea = Pretty much a Dictatorship.
Even though China is communist, it's not like its citizens are oppressed or anything.

Why give a 10 out of 10 mark when it's about North Korea and doesn't qualify as a communist country. That and even though China is one, not all Chinese people are suffering on a daily basis.
