Daily Workout Routine

Hello, I need some advice on a workout routine that's fun and interesting. I've been a team athlete all my life, so I'm used to working out with other people. Unfortunately, I'm no longer playing college sports, sometimes rec, so I'm trying to figure out a good workout. I currently have a core workout routine with leg lifts, crunches, etc., along with lunges, sprints, wall sits, planks.. and the days I don't do that stuff I either swim, play racquetball, or use the elliptical machine.
I need to incorporate various upper body exercises, more cardio, and perhaps more leg workout.
I'm wondering if anyone can throw out ideas for an extremely varied routine, because I tend to get bored doing the same thing over and over. I have trouble figuring out upper body exercises especially. Any routine between 20 minutes and an hour is fine. I used to do several hours a day, so I still have some pretty good stamina.
So throw out your daily routine and any ideas please

Thank youuu ^^

We basically do Cleans, Squats, Lunges/RDLs/HexBar on lower body, Bench press, push press, incline/shrugs/pec flys for upper, with russian twist/bicycles/planks for abs.
If you are talking about w/o weights, I used to do pushups wit chest to ground, clap pushups, decline pushups, etc. If you are strong i guess you could do handstand and one hand pushups

. For legs do squat jumps, lunge jumps, wall sit with like a stack of books, and the same abs. I dont know how well it works out but it was better than nothing so yeah

Scooby spews too much broscience annnnd strong traps bro. (He has no traps...)
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.htmlI do roughly the same workout routine every week, but to keep it from getting boring I set goals and try for PRs on certain exercises periodically (the big 3 mostly). Changing up the rep/set scheme for a week can keep things interesting and help break through plateaus sometimes. For cardio I do a mix of running, intervals, swimming, hiking, and soccer.
I would definitely do the 'Big 3' weightlifting exercises:
-Bench
-BB Squat
-Deadlifts
Throw in other exercises from the site mentioned above and you'll be all set.

My routine is to jogged 2 miles at least 5 days a week. That's it. It works pretty well.

That sounds boring, but hey if it works for you xD
**Thanks for the responses people, it's been helpful. I can hopefully come up with a good compilation for a day to day basis. Today I'm gonna go biking, and try to do some girly pushups to get me going.

Jogging is fun, sometimes, but it gives me too much time to think even if I'm listening to music. I just need one speed, one gear, and go all out. That's why the variation works well with me. Running is mindless :/
