It's my first time ever spending Canada Day here in Canada, and i'm really looking forward to it. The city i'm in has a big festival planned downtown, and it should be a lot of fun!

I wanna visit Canada some time great nature, lots of space. It's basically like Norway except people don't speak English with a hilarious accent Although, I could imagine people in Quebec would be bad in English. It's so weird how chauvinism is apparent in every French speaking country, especially considering the French colonized all of them. Why would you be proud of such a language/heritage? But yeah, Happy Canada Day bro

Québec didn't got colonized by the french... oh and there is almost nothing that remains from the french heritage in Québec, except the french language and a little presence of the Catholic church.

really? The original inhabitants just thought French was a sweet language? To be honest I am not sure about the colonization, always just assumed it. Will look it up some time when im bored enough, or do it for me

The french and the brits had a huge war, and well to settle everything down the french sucked the brits dicks to keep Quebec, and they gave everything else away. In a nut shell its like that
