I do agree with you 100%. I'm Canadian, though I don't care for hockey nearly as much as they do. I watched the mayor take some questions and he kind of bs'd the situation saying it was a bunch of 'young hooligans, young men'. He should be able to admit that it's men, young and old, and women, young and old, who are rioting...The whole situation is disgraceful and it puts a bad name out for Vancouver as there will always be people who associate the smaller crowd with the bigger one..
It's a shame that the herd mentality comes into heavy effect here and people aren't able to think for themselves. Way too many stupid people :(

I actually live in Vancouver. It's sad that we lost Game 7 but it saddens me even more to know that our beautiful downtown is being ruined by some immature people. Rioters are not even Canuck fans. They're just people that wants to riot and go against the police. I'm embarrassed to be living in this city right now.. Heard that there were 9 Boston Bruins fans that were killed. :S

-Fans spent $3,000-$4,000 dollars a ticket just to watch their team get screwed 4-0
-They're drunk and frustrated

When the Calgary Flames made it to the finals in '04 and lost because of a retarded ref, nobody rioted. Vancouver is just filled with retarded "fans", bandwagon fags that don't know what a true fan is.
Gratz to those Boston fans, clearly the Bruins wanted the greatest trophy in Hockey more than Vancouver.
