This is a bit older, but beats iLuminati by far. Plus, they were the first to do something like this.
edit: I'll post some more amazing auditions and the likes, I was into xfactor and (country) Got Talent lately on youtube so I got some nice ones I came across. Some of these are a bit older but surely some of you haven't seen them yet. These are all worth watching if you have some spare time, they'll all amaze you
Spoiler!
This kid is amazing. Watch it from the start and be amazed.
Fat gamer from the UK wearing comfy clothes for playing WoW
Guy from the us, emotional story.
Super funny audition
There have been a lot of young girls aged 9-13 that have had their fame for their talent, but this swedish girl takes the cake... amazing
This is one of my fav's, what a guy!
And now 3 dance acts from Britain's Got Talent from a few years ago, these are all amazing. Peridot(amazing moves):

I was like hm.. well, that's fine I guess. But at the last scene where his body kinda falls apart. I was really impressed. Wow!
Oh, and that Shaheen Jafargholi guy was so amazing. Seriously, I thought he was out after Simon stopped him the first time, lol.

Yeah, he is truly amazing. After he got stopped I didn't know what to think, and then he opened the MJ song and my jaw dropped haha.
Such great talent that kid, so well mannered too.
He sang that at the MJ memorial btw right in front of MJ You can find that on youtube as well. He doesn't grab as many high notes, I think because they told him not to. Still, what an honor tho.

He was awesome, I remember watching him on TV. Unfortunately his later performances imo weren't as good.

Yeah, but that was due to the song choice, if you ask me. I would love to see him singing his own songs - or at least songs he prefer himself! Him and Simon was in a large fight about song choices, lol.
