Are you kidding me? Not allowed within 500 feet of children under 17. Yes because due to the inappropriate lyrics it now makes him a potential molester. Sounds about right to me.

With Cpinney it's the other way around. the 17 and under aren't allowed 500 feet near him. He can cum and go as he pleases. <3

What ever happened to freedom of speech? Pat the "technical permission", he didn't really commit a foul act at all, nor was his song an actual allusion to commit such acts. He just wrote a song for the lulz, since when was it illegal to do that? I better watch what I type, they could be watching!

So making a video of yourself pretending to do something is illegal now? K. I suppose they will go after Sylvester Stallone for war crimes next.

It was a tasteless and a "dumb" obnoxious prank, but not deserving of jail time.. really!
Make him do some community work instead!

According to the article he has to do 200 hours of community service, too.
What really shit me is how offended people get when a joke involves kids. I have a niece and nephew and I admit, I spoil the little brats rotten. I love them to bits and will always care for them. But at the same time I still see context and humour in what is obviously a joke. If it was my kid I would of been annoyed, sure. Not because of the actual act committed but rather that he never came to me and told me his intentions and what he was planning to do. If he did than I would have probably said yes, as long as I got to review the video beforehand to make sure nothing was too inappropriate. None the less common sense needs to take over and people need to look at the context of a situation and view it for intentions.

I can understand the parent's frustration. The instincts to protect their offspring will always prevail even when it seems unfounded. No real harm was done but that doesn't matter. At the very least these parents will be upset that some punk violated their trust.
I wouldn't charge him with anything If I was the judge but I would suggest to the school they create a policy to prevent this from happening again. Have anyone coming to the school to do anything that involves the kids to sign a clause of some sort.
