First off we all know WBC are retards.
and as far as I understand: Shirley never says anon can't hack their website, only that anon can't silence them. I think she even states this. Good job by anon though.
I remember seeing a some guy post how he owned and pissed off Shirley at a talk on reddit. He talked about their website and how it was still down.

WBC members are inbred social rejects. They crave for nothing more than attention from the media and as far as I'm concerned, one can only stretch the 1st amendment so far before you start depriving other people of their rights; protesting at funerals is a prime example of this. Even criminals who were sentenced to death get much more respect during their final ceremony than the dead people these assholes protest against.
