    - K-lite Codec Pack [including MPC Home Cinema which is my fav. video player]
    - CCleaner

In order:
  1. Opera
  2. Firefox (with adblock)
  3. 7-zip
  4. gvim (with themes)
  5. IrfanView
  6. Foobar2000 (with winamp plugin, shoutout to R1ch)
  7. Foxit Reader
  8. Thunderbird
  9. PS07
  10. Microsoft Office
After that I'll install games like sc2, sc, smb and other apps that I use occasionally like jdownloader, rainmeter, and hydrairc. But the above is what I must have on any computer for me to survive.

Oh, almost forgot, rainmeter at the end cause bitches love desktops.

Winrar
Tweaknow Powerpack
Combined Community Codec Pack

after that:
Skype / MSN
Office
Xfire
Fraps
Games
Daemon Tools
Adobe's crap

no particular order except part 1 and 2, and I always get firewall and anti-virus first.
