One ear or two earphones

hey guys
just wondering if u guys listen one ear or two ear earphones.
the school i go to which has like 90% asians and think there tb and hard coz they listen to music. i love 2 ear coz one just sounds shitty but take one out if im talking to somebody. i love music but i dont listen to it at school coz i actually wanna talk and stuff..
but too many asians just listen to one ear for the sake of being wannabbe and tb which is sorta sad.
im just saying dont mind one ear but if u do it for the sake of acting hard then thats just.......
im asian but not chinese and love english and a bit of kpop.
sydney is starting to get packed with asians LOL
wbu guys?

I like having a two year piece, usually when say watching a movie or listening to music.
I agree with you, I usually leave one out when talking to some one or listening in on a conversation.
Other then that, I usually like the full blast of a song/movie through both of my ears, better enjoyment.

I prefer two, and then my headset not earplugs. But when I'm in company I just put one earplug in (got a headset and earplugs so
) so I don't look like a giant douche.

I always listen to music through my headphones, so both ears.
When talking to others i simply completely take of the headphones.
The only time i'dd have it over 1 ear is when there's an announcement in the train or so (other than naming the next stop.

If I want to listen to something + music at the same time, one. If you listened to your mp3 player in highschool during class you likely know what I mean. We weren't allowed to listen to music so doing 1 ear with that side of your head resting on your arm (to hide the earphone) was pretty common.

For the most part i like two ear headphones. But like you said if im talking to someone ill take one out. And idk why kids listen to music during school like u cant hear nothing.

I have some IEMs that isolate sound really well so I can't hear anything at all with both in, but I usually listen with both if nothing else is going on around me.

my school, it's public, they're too dumb to notice a wire hanging out of your ear, if they do, you say its for educational purpose, and they say okay.
heck, even sometimes i use two earphones in class.

I always listened to music in class, just put it in the ear your teacher can't see. Besides that most teachers actually let me listen to music because they knew I work better with music and I'm such a good boy xD

Yea I got some IEMs too (not too great at isolation, but decent enough).
Both in or neither. I need to be able to hear my ALACs (got a nano) w/out a bunch of ignorant people shouting in the classroom.

always have my headphones on my head, when someone talks to me I just put my left one behind my hear, if it's important I just do the Shaman King look.

During class I turn the music off. But after the teacher assigns work I put them both on and listen to music while doing the work. If someone comes to me for help or to talk I stop the music and remove them both.

I don't see anything wrong with having 2 headphones on in busy places. I live in NY and the majority of the people are smart enough to look at the traffic signs and incoming vehicles before crossing the street. Besides, there's something oddly annoying about listening to 1 earphone only.
I usually just take 1 off when I'm with people or I'm taking a subway train with an alternative route. Either that or volume goes low.
Why are people even talking about this??? lol

Headphone etiquette generally only applies when interactive with other people. It's usually considered kind of douchey to keep both headphones on when someone is talking to you. Though, if someone keeps bothering you while you're listening to music, that's douchey too. Douches all around!
It's one of the great debate topics of our time.

Definitely two ears. One if it's extremely necessary, but I find it uncomfortable.

I always have one ear unless something needs my attention then i take that one out. But i´m also completely deaf in my left ear so i guess it doesn't really count.

Both when I'm alone either at home, on the bus, walking somewhere.
When I'm with friends and stuff I rarely listen to music on phones, the only time I actually use one ear phone is when someone around me might talk to me.
I love not hearing anything but music, no cars, no people talking, etc. With that said, I'll probably end up hearing really really bad.
