I don't understand how any of these could be the greatest day of your life if it was 100 years ago is what I mean.

If your IQ was not that low you would atleast google Croatia (Split).Split is city in Croatia.They celebrated 100 years of existence 3 days ago.

Why not specify that it is a city, because those that don't live in Croatia wouldn't know that someone actually named their city Split, I assumed you meant split as in the literal way.

Coming from a Croatian point of view I agree. On top of that, I, who would never be caught dead watching football, know that team is one of the shittiest teams in Croatia at the moment and wouldn't waste a firecracker to celebrate it.
