Hey guys im planning here to buy an Iphone. Not the 4g just 3GS. Dont ask why lol. I alrdy hold a Itouch 4G dont need iphone 4g now is not even for me so yeah.

Anyways question is , if I have a Iphone 3GS withouth a contract from bestbuy. Will I still be able to listen to music, download apps from app store and everything with out having to get a plan from Atnt?

or do i need a plan with atnt to be able to use the ap store and listen to music and stuff? And im talking about app store from itunes in the pc not directly from the iphone.

no.. if you are buying a unlocked iphone than you can use it normally as you would if you got a contract.

I'm not sure if I correctly understand your post but if you have a wifi connection you can use all the internet features. Without a plan, you need to have wifi access.

Without a plan it's essentially an iPod touch. Not a fucking itouch.
