A lot of the bad things that cause a bad trip you can control.

For instance: when I did it, I made sure I was around a good group of people, so I felt comfortable, and before it hit me I just kept telling myself that I'm going to be under the effects of this soon and things are going to look and feel weird.

Just do that any time you want to trip and there you go.

Bad trips occur when you're nervous, when you yourself feel like something bad might happen, you get anxiety and that is all, but you can control it, you just need a good mentality, feeling relaxed around people you trust or with someone who can guide your trip to the right places, remember your mind is yours and not backwards
