i live in indiana just north of capitol city and i had the pleasure of experiencing an earthquake. im actually getting a bit scared that it was a preshock or something and something worse to come is impending. this should be a fun day.

Maybe there's a site or something where you can follow the activities. Or well atleast follow the news, I'm sure they have an item on it o.o Goodluck xD

Well, thats not a problem, unless its like the earthquake comes every 2 months of so.

Well in here(Philippines), we're technically sitting in the ring of fire(a giant fucking tectonic plate of something...). We feel earthquakes like every 3 weeks or so. Animals going crazy and shit. We go used to it, Eventually...

we rarely get them. we got 1 a couple years ago. and this. thats all in my 28 years of existance that im aware of. excluding the time that i didnt live here.

tiny shaking. it was only 4.2, still enough to feel.

the last one we had was strong and lasted longer. I was sleeping on my couch and I woke to a start, and fell off the couch. My horizontal blinds were shaking and I heard some noise. I thought it was my stupid cats chasing each other around. So I got back up and went to sleep. Later that day there was an after shock that shock my chair like I just experience. It lasted a lot longer than what I just experienced. Im just hoping that there isnt something worse in store.

Well, you can't prevent an earthquake.. all you can do is make sure you are somehow prepared for it.

we feel earthquakes once a week here.. no big deal.. get over it

if i felt them every week it wouldnt be a big deal... just cause you live somewhere thats going to fall into the earth eventually doesnt mean im supposed to be desensitized to it.
