It looks sort of heart warming. I don't know, I liked it to be honest. It seems like it will be one of those sappy movies that make me feel all fuzzy inside. I'll definitely go see it

The absurdity is more about the casting.
They should have cast Tom Hanks.

Ahh, that's not really something I can make too much comment on then. Frankly, I can't tell one actor apart from another. I don't watch enough movies to know the actors by names and a lot of their faces look so similar. But if you think it's an issue then we should revolt dammit!

Basically dom wants Tom Hanks, the voice of Woody from toy story and the main character in Castaway, instead on Mel Gibson, the white guy from Lethal Weapon.
