5k ? are you kidding! Its costs 5k to repaint a small luxury car.
If this si real, the damage done there is worth minimum 50k up to 200k, plus the cost of the train down time. You cant actually repaint just one side. And they painted on windows (if its real paint, they need to be changed), and windows are really really expensive.

They have some bawls and doing it must've given them a good adrenaline kick but yeah there's a limit <_<

It looks like someone was on the train and pulled the lever. Am I the only one who likes what they painted? I thought it was nice, considering it was a group effort. The co-ordination it takes to accomplish that is much more complex than it looks. Let's not mention they didn't have all the time in the world either. On top of that, how can you even distinguish if they are in fact teenagers? You act as if adults don't partake in vandalizing public property or graffiti.

Would it help you sleep better at night if we went on ahead and called them adults? They look like they are teenagers, they are doing things teenagers would generally do, and they smell like teenagers, so to say they are teenagers seems like a pretty fair generalization.

I still don't see this as a job well done. I've seen kids tagging rail cars in Houston that pulled it off a lot better than this... and if they got caught they'd be facing jail time... not wimpy euro cop slap on the wrist BS. These kids need to learn how to do a wall before they start with moving objects.
