Help me with finding a webpage

Recently i found an internet site on which you can post a photo and get its url link .. i need to find that site to upload a photo to update my sig (: if you know the site .. or any site like it please tell me ):

uys .. can you help me ;x why can't I edit my sig ? ... at the change signature i click img and between those 2 [ img ] thingies i put the url and i dont see any picture only Image ?

Did you get the ok to use that sig? :<.. if I remember correctly, someone else was using that.
