Didn't something similar to this happen when Grand Theft Auto: Vice City came out with the Haitian killing mission?

Yeah and with Medal of Honor and which ever country you have to erase. In any war game they bitch. Pathetic.

I always find the idea of banning video games due to their realistic nature a funny subject to deal with. Many lobby groups are wanting to ban games, Black Ops in this case, that imitates a falsified turn of events in a war that actually took place. Yet, almost ironically, we freely rush into the real thing and rally support with a flag of patriotism. Instead of hearing mourning for the harshness and pains that the war caused, people complain that a video game takes elements from that war and simulates them. It just seems a fishy to me.

"Cuba harshly criticized a new video game in which U.S. special operations soldiers try to kill a young Fidel Castro, saying Wednesday that the violent role-playing glorifies assassination and will turn American children into sociopaths."

Really...
