Oranges are ew anyways,, so I never eat them..
But bananas, apples, kiwi's, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and mandarins don't hurt and they're de-wait for it-licious.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, right?
Well, they also help against the canker sores.
Haven't had them since I was a kid.

meh I get em from time to time, some are big some are not, once i got 2 in my mouth at once. Hardly anything to worry about since they go away in a week or 2. Just try to chew your food in only once half of your mouth.

I get them in my mouth/on my tongue sometimes. Usually after eating too much sugar based candy (sour skittles =\) or sometimes if I smoke.
Rinse your mouth out with warm salty water, should go away in 3-5 days. If they're on your tonuge...try not to bite them, shit hurts.

I use to get something similar when I was younger, but mine lasted a long period of time. Between 14015, I use to get a reoccurring white bump inside my mouth, a bit below the lip. The thing was goddam huge, probably a cm or so in radius and half a cm tall. I use to keep cutting it out with a knife and it would bleed like all hell. And every time I cut it out, it kept growing back >_>
Anyway, one day it just didn't come back, after a year or so of dealing with it. I have no idea what made it appear or even what it was, but it sounds like a similar sort of thing. 6 years later and I haven't seen a trace of it coming back, so I can't complain.
Coincidently, it coincides from when I was eating unhealthy and it basically went away when I started to improve my diet and loose weight. A connection? Who knows.

arg, i get canker sores all the time, at least 2 at once, i just recently had 4 in my mouth at once, **** them so farking hard in the ass (summons Doron), but my doc gave me a cream to put on them, relieves the pain for a little while
