0:12-0:16, you can see the mother hitting him on the leg to "encourage" him to do the dance. Obviously the entire thing was pre-planned beforehand and that was his cue to do it. Little details can tell you a lot.
Now this kind of video could make an awesome form of subtle advertising. Bon Jovi could link up with youtube, make a hilarious video with a song of his in it and post the results on youtube. Then in the advertisement box that comes up, have a link to a Bon Jovi album on itunes that features that song. A simple method of advertising in which people choose to watch your ads, as opposed to people trying their best to avoid them completely. Youtube has such great potential for marketing.
