Im guessing the numbers are out of 1, got it off wikipedia after hearing it on the news

Well not so much not allowed, but because of no rating adult rating, alot of games either get modified for a 15 year old to play, or they aren't released at all.

This much is true actually. But seriously, with the rapid increase in globalisation and the fact that everyone simply downloads games now, this concept isn't as importance as it could be.

I've had a shitload of injuries and all of them have been properly handles aswell as relatives having more serious issue when they are older, i can only speak from experience dont know of the statistics and all that.
