Well since im hungover i thought id post this

do you get hangovers and how do cure ur hangover?

with mine i just eat twisters(the ice lolly) lol and drink energy drinks lol

Drink good stuff and you won't even have to deal with hangovers.

I drink a lot of fluids while I drink - soda, juice, iced tea, water, flavored beer...whatever. If you want, eat a banana or some baked potatoes (Potassium).

I haven't had a hangover for a long time and I usually drink hard liquor.

Greasy food, plenty of water, and an acetaminophen before bed.

Experience raises tolerance.

Loud music is said to help

Most of the times I drink a half litre before I go to bed, then I always wake up at like 06am and drink another half litre or so. No hangover in 1½ years.

- If you're done, throw up.
- Drink a glass of water.
- Sleep.

- Profit!

It's true about vodka I've found out. Once, I bought the cheapest vodka I could find and got a hangover before I had even gone to bed.

Do not drink Red Label. As much as possible, try not to mix your liquor. And know your limit. =p

Wouldn't that make you worse off since you'd be dehydrating yourself even further?

Just drink a healthy amount of water and you'll be fine.

haha i'm 16 so i've only had beers before
then i wanted to try some red label and it got me drunk so quick
i better watch myself lol i'll just stick to beer till i'm grown up
then maybe i can take it

For me I've always found that Gatorade and a big, greasy breakfast help a lot. I don't know if there's any science as to why it helps, but I always feel better afterwards. And, sadly, I get hungover a fair bit >.<

Drink water before you sleep.

Cold milk.

The thing is, you just have to get it out of your system. Then drink water.

If it's out of your system you'd even be sober after 15 minutes of sleep.

All strike through are unnecessary or plain bullshit.

we usually drink buttermilk (called ayran here - mix water-yoghurt-salt) or turkish coffee, dunno if u can find it. both seem to work fine.

Make it illegal.







Stay hydrated before, during, and after.

To prevent it, I usually don't mix my liquors - if I'm doing shots, I stay doing shots, if I'm drinking beer, then keep drinking beer. I doubt that actually helps, more likely than not the less preservatives and just plain "crap" in the alcohol, the more likely you are to feel crappy the next day.

But yeah, make sure you hydrate yourself especially if you're drinking beer.

If you're already hungover, best thing to do is keep drinking water. Get that crap out of your system.
