So i have money on my paypal account someone sent me a while ago for my birthday and i want to use it to buy silk and other games stuff. But it says i need to connect a credit card to it? What if i dont have one? Can i not use the cash?

Is SRO telling you that or is PP telling you that you need a credit card?

AFAIK you can use PP when SRO says you can.

Just figure it out, it'll be simple if you think about it.

uhm well if you havent used your paypal in awhile..it is probably locked so you will have to upload a credit card to it, paypal will then charge the credit card, you will get a message in your statement with paypal then some code after it, then you get that code type it in or whatever, then you get your money back. or you can upload funds with your bank account and it will unlock...i think

so i have 50 dollars on the paypal account from a friend who sent it. Im gonna use a prepaid card 25 dollar one to activate the paypal account so i can buy stuff. Can i still buy 75 dollars worth of silk? so the paypal moeny + the pre paid?

but, to validate the CC it charges you like 7 cents, so you won't have enough.

Actually I might be wrong, it was my bank account that needed validity, not my credit card. But I guess you'll find out what happens soon enough. =p

I have heard good things about MoneyPak so you can directly refill the balance in your Paypal account.

All you need is a valid credit card that you confirmed on paypal for you to be able to use the money in the paypal account.

Yea you just have to link it to an actual credit credit which is linked to a bank. Just asked to use your parents to spend the paypal money then deactivate it after your done. Seeing as you don't have a bank account of your own that's the only solution I can think of. I'm pretty sure you can't link the purchasable cards.

Prepaid cards do work. You have no idea what you're saying.

By valid credit card I meant anything that acts like an active card.

Everytime I tried using a prepaid card....they didn't work for me. Don't get your panties in a bind.

Funny because I use prepaid cards all the time when interwebz shopping and they never give me an issue.

You can actually link your bank account to your Paypal account if you have one.
