I never use torrents when it comes to music, I know a special site that uploads most of the music I want to rapidshare, megaupload etc. :sohappy:

I don't see how is that legal. Unless it's from a reliable source and authorized by the government. If it's from a random site that is trying to get money, then it's not legal to download (except to hear).
