depends on the password. if it's "jan151998", "01151998", or "iloveyoucindy" then you've had a lucky 8 years. If it's "uj9*T7eHkk)q" you're probably fine. Though using the same username/password combinations on many sites could be a problem.

Using the same password for e-mail, SRF, Youtube, Google, YesStyle, YesAsia, AllKPop, Laptop, Rohan, JadeDynasty, PayPal and like, everything else too.
Hack me once you hack me for ever.
Then again, it's the most unsuspected password evar.

I have multiple kinds of passwords.
1) My super ceral password which consists of numbers and letters that doesn't mean anything. It's just a random password I typed and I don't even remember it my mind. By hand I do.
2) My meh password which is a phrase from a game.
3) My noob password that I'm amazed that no one has guessed even though 80% of the password was in the game.
Then occasionally I'll use other passwords because I don't care for the site and/or I don't want it to be saved on that site for just in case reasons.
All pretty much around.. 5 years at the least. None of my accounts have been 'hacked' by those passwords.

I thought I was ganna lose my account during that retarded thing. If you knew email+SA = account yours. Only thing saving my account was my email(My first s/s nuker). It was attached to my ips email that no one has ever heard of. The other account name(This was my main euro) were impossible to know unless I told you. Good stuff

Yeah, my S/S nuker got stolen back then aswell.
The thing is, it got banned one day after it got stolen XD
Created some turkish guild, then got banned.
I dunno what he did, but getting banned by joymax is quite an acomplishment ;P
Luckely most people knew me on Troy anyhow, so no one trusted the 'hacker' (or the one who abused the leak, in this case).

I've got one password I use for random shit like SRF, and another for stuff I want to be more secure. Haven't changed them in a very long time, but why should I.

I have 3 main passwords, and for 2 of them i have multiple combinations. Sometimes its annoying trying to remember what combination for certain sites, but at least if one pass gets figured out, there is a smaller chance they have access to all my areas.

Best to change it every couple of months. 6 months - 1 year change it. It's what i do and have never been hacked. As long as your password isn't "(Name123)" or something stupid like that.

This is kinda what I'm doing.
I use the one without combinations for the lol websites/games that I don't care about at all. The other two (the combinations) are used for more important stuff. There is a 3rd combination though, and that one is only used for paypal and net banking.

no if you got a key logger you can get hacked easily even if you change it 20 times you can use programs like key scrambler fee and works really good! or make pw like "jxg*876#yhs" always try to make your pw with numbers and letters its a bit stronger then or if you want to be 100% safe use on screen keyboard

I have been using 3 passwords ever since I started using the internet. The first one I pretty much can`t use anymore but my MSN and few game accounts got hacked. My second one is almost to the garbage, at least I wont be using it on any new games.

haha.
My main password is 8 characters long. a word and some numbers. and even the people that know me best can't guess it cuz it's something so stupid they would never figure out.

I use 3 passwords and have them different depending on the usage.
For instance, if my PW to MSN gets compromised it won't be enough to get my password for my e-mail. If my e-mail gets compromised, it won't be enough for my credit card.

I use 2 main passwords, alongside slight variations to 'em, for the unimportant stuff. That and a lot of random, decent, passwords for everything else ...had to write some down just to remember 'em ...lol
