So yeah since there was a rollback so I am recreating this. You folks are welcome to add the little summaries but basically the bill allows government to blacklist sites under the premise of "copyright". I pointed out on the last thread how they could easily inject any site that they do not approve of with copyright content and proceed to take it down.
