stopped playing pokemon after the 3rd generation of pokemon with treeko, mudkip, and torchic

haha i remember when I used to look through serebii.net to read episodes & forums et al. I remember i even bought a DS just so i could play the 4th gen games, never even bought em though because i grew up <,<
1st and 3rd were the best, i never got to watch the 2nd gen episodes cause they didn't show those on tv =(

pokemon series sucked. digimon was the best
im liked soulsilver as a game. battling really gets more complex. im gnna buy black or white when it comes out.

I find it funny that you say Pokemon sucked, Digimon was best, yet you liked Soul Silver. Soul Silver doesn't even count as Pokemon. The original 151 do.
Anyone else find this humorous?

I feel though that the original 151 Pokemon are the only true ones, the rest seem like cheap knock offs. Pokemon Died for me after Gold and Silver, and they were always fun. I think I'd go back and play them all just because I like the RPG style of them. I'm going to wait though until the 3DS somes out, I haven't played a pokemon game since 2001

1. I stopped being a crazy fan of pokemon after Johto. But I think that the new Black and White legendaries look sick
2. There is no such thing as Power Rangers in Japan and Super Sentai has a new season every year since the 70's. This year they had the samurai sentais which looked cool.

srry was comparing the shows. everyone says that jhoto, orange islane and kanto were the best series which i agree. but thats only because it was all new to us. all this show really is 2-3 filler episodes then a gym battle and so on

imo pokemon stopped at the second generation
After that the games got more complex and filled with random shit. Basically the old ass gameboy games that were square shaped. That's where it's at.

lol thats what i liked about the games. everything got more complex. emtry hazards, your walls, your sweepers. flet like chess and final fantasy games to me havnt encountered any random shit tho
