in bulgaria we have a people with climbing equipment do outer-wall isolations on our flats. also seems creepy since they don't even have stairs like these guys, but our flats are only 16 floors. so it's nowhere near as high.

Eighteen workers died in 2006 from falling from a communications tower in a Tower Climber Deaths profession that has approximately 9,800 employees that work on elevated structures primarily for the cellular and broadcast industries - although broadband activity is increasing throughout the country and wireless internet service providers' installations are adding to the current busy workload.

its not that bad, once your up working you are tied off. your trained to climb without safety lines and when your climbing unless your afraid of heights you know to hang on and keep strong knees. But I wouldn't wanna climb that shit everyday. going up and then down.

There is a huge different between a structure of a mountain and this.

That actually is a pretty hard job and just one slip could mean death. I climbed a similar tower that was maybe a forth of that in height and that was some pretty scary shit... Every "breeze" almost made me shit my pants and it really is true about not looking down(or at least for me). I didn't have to carry any tools either. Also that free climbing they did, with wind or rain, that's hell. You also have to remember they are using their arms constantly, even while resting, so the higher they get the more the lactic acid builds up, making it harder.

Lol it seems like the radio tower companies don't want the neglect of safety issues to be public concern.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they only get fined around $5,000 if a worker falls and dies from those antennas.

How big are your balls? /no homo
I went para-sailing from a winchboat in Florida, we went up 1200ft... Every little breeze made me nearly shit my pants.

Aren't they usually only 500-700 ft ? Always wanted to go

Lol Evga. Para-sailing is actually very relaxing - you barely feel any anxiety, if any. But I guess everyone's perception differs. I was more nervous when I had to go down a 95 ft. semi-vertical water slide than when I went para-sailing. Also, they don't go that high dude.
Spoiler!
Cousin and I went para-sailing.
Was gonna go skydiving in LI last month but I was paying for 2 people and the expenses were already piling up. $800 was a little too reckless at the time
Next summer hopefully.
@OT: That's some crazy shit I would never try unless (1.) I'm an experienced skydiver or had previous BASE jumping experience or (2.) I have terminal/end-stage illness.
