I know a lot you have seen the parodies of this movie, but have you actually watched it?
This really depicts what WWII was like and about. I felt more emotion in this than the band of brothers. I think if you haven't seen it, you should watch it. Those who have seen it, watch it again.
And those who have seen it, how did you feel about it

This movie is on TV in the netherlands every year on the 5th of may. I have probably seen it around 3-4 times now and it is indeed a very good movie

it was a good movie. realism is one thing hollywood war movies can't get straight so it was nice seeing something like der untergang. I don't know about the implications of portraying hitler as a human being/person audience could relate to though. he was a fucking psycho
