ACTUALLY, thats not that far from the truth here, lots of people go to McDonalds here ALL the time, and they don*t get fat. . .no joke, Ive been in Tokyo for three years and only ONE TIME have I seen a fat person coming out of McDonalds!

on top of that, the Japanese Drink and smoke likes its the fkin last day on earth, most restaurants (including McDonalds) have large ass smoking sections FILLED with people smoking. . .and yet Japan has the highest life expectancy, hell Cigarettes come in VENDING MACHINES and are like only $2 a pack!

I didn't know that was cheap(I dont smoke) till i met a dude from Australia who told me that Cigaretts are $15 a pack.

About McDonalds in Japan, the food working areas are CLEAN! and the food is pretty much made right there on the spot. . . you can probably lick the floor there and have you tongue come out cleaner by doing so.

The people who work the registers and kitchen have Special SUITS with the Mcdonalds hat, I mean they wear like the white Dress-shirt and Tie kinda thing, The women wear the female suit kinda thing with some kinda bow ribbon thing. . .its a-fking mazing. . .

The first Time I went to McDs here the food tasted TEN TIMES better than back in the states! I was shocked. . .

I think they just do it better in Japan with McDs somehow, I dont even know. It could be that the Japanese are actually less stressed than western people imo Due to the thriving sex industry, I mean if you have a job, you can basically go to the red light district and get laid every week cheaply. . .of course you have to be Japanese, if you are a foreigner then you will get turned away for pretty good reasons that I wont go into here. But yeah pretty much, when I took that company job to come out here I was really expecting ninjas and Japanese style music and stuff all over the place, with a little bit of Modernity, but shit is just crazy here, I could spend all day talking about it but I got stuff to do.

one thing I do find weird, is that some people are really into that cartoon shit, I mean theres like some cartoon group thats like number 3 on their pop charts or something. . .I just dont even know what thats about. . . I guess its like they are trying to be the Gorillaz or something. . . . .

It's not food that makes someone fat, rather a lack of physical activity. If you did enough exercise, you could eat McDonalds for every meal of the day and not gain a pound. Yet on the other hand, if you do nothing all day and eat 1 meal of McDonalds chances are you will gain weight. I eat obscene amounts of food and weigh only 65kg's and I maintain my weight by working a physically demanding job and doing a lot of exercise. Sure, eating healthy foods is important, but eating McDonalds doesn't particularly make you fat on it;s own accord.

It's not the quality of the food that makes you fat, it's the quantities.

You could get fat by eating too much fruits too.

Everything these days is bad for you. We live in the era that cheese causes cancer, chewing gum gives you hernias and when you eat a banana the chance of breaking your leg increases by 95%! (the last two are bullshit, the first one was a big topic few years ago)
Too much of ANYTHING is just bad for you, period.

and about the McStory from Bananaman, I must say that I am terrified of going to a Mc in the States, because for some reason I think that the beloved hamburger that could fit in a hollow tooth from the NL is will grow in size >9000 times in the US.
