Im doing a 10k run for chairty not a massive run would be doing a half marathon but its only 2 weeks away and thats not enough down time seeing as im not a heavily active runner so il be doing that next year but nether the less im looking for donations i dont care how small they are or rather how big every little helps.

thanks xD iv done 5k's before they are tiring but i can get to the end but i am worried that double that is gona be hard im always farked by 4k of jogging
