It would be more impressive if he did different things with both hands rather than make a mirror image of what the other hand is doing.

The first guy could only erase with his right hand. Drawing in that position is quite hard. But the seqond one was .

Both artists are talented but the first one had the benefit of using symmetry so his was a bit easier to pull off. The second artist had two distinct drawings to do and even swapped over his hands in the process. Second artist got mad skills.
