Heard Biden is planning on giving up his position as VP due to personal health reasons. Hilary Clinton would be the next in line to take up his position. If he decides to follow through, he would give up his seat in October.

Obama is gonna have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to get reelected... People already voted out a republican Bush... now they have a democrat Bush... He's gone 2012. Lucky we don't have to wait till 2012 to find out, we just have to watch what happens this November <3

if i remember correctly, 1 bush got re-elected 2. there is no current republican to challenge obama anyway.

At the moment Obama is losing huge popularity among US citizens. I believe it was 60% against him last I checked. So unless he pulls something good in the next two years I don' think he is going back. But its hard for any president to stay for 2 terms with the economy, people want changes overnight and that just doesn't happen.

Also Ownage it is not 60% against him it is an approval rating. He is has around a 43-45% approval which flipped is 55-57% disapproval. But that does not mean shit cuz the Repubs still haven't found a suitable candidate. Newt can't beat him and Palin sure as hell can't.

I don't think any president in the future is going to have a overall positive approval rating. The american people have become so impatient and want things to get better overnight and whine like bitches when something bad happens, no one is ever going to be satisfied. Factor in the extreme partisanship, which is simply an extension of selfishness. Compromise is meeting in the middle, if people are too selfish to sacrifice some for the greater good, no one is going to happy either. So expect a 40% approval rating for every future president after obama because the american people are just impatient and selfish and elect senators/representatives that are just like them.

someone actually agrees with me there. Its funny because we were doing the play in my L.A. class a year back and everyone was like 'omg why do they change sides so quickly' I was thinking they still do!

I think its safe to say that if Palin run as republican nominee in 2012, Obama will keep his job.
