A simple question

Im wondering if it's possible to recover the structural face of the thief who had his face hidden by shining the flashlight on his/her own face. A security camera picked up visual on the theif, but we could not identify him because his face was white because of the flashlight. My question is if there is any way to identify the appearance of the thief. Thx all~

Wait... So you got robbed or something? Smartest way would be to just report it to the officials(police) and have them investigate, i'm sure they can do a much better job at whatever technique is required to identify them.

haha sry , it happened at my Dads company and I dont think anything got stolen... Just 2 guard dogs died from the poison hot dogs the thief threw. Was lookin at the security footage and saw the thief walkin on the concrete wall and knockin out one of the cameras but his face was white cause he was flashin the flashlight at his face

And the police won't investigate more because the onli casualties were animals not humans ....
edit: just wondering since there are many skilled photoshoppers in srf... if its possible to sumhow decrease the brightness or somthing so it would reveal the face.. but personally i think it would be impossible because his face was completely white

wat?
Hmm I'm pretty sure you can decrease brightness with video editing programs, but I doubt you'd see his face with enough detail to identify him, most likely see his facial features such as his nose, and eyes/mouth better, but probably not enough to identify. But police not investigating because casualties aren't human? WAT. I would further pursue the case to be honest, it just doesn't seem legally right.

Only animals? There is no excuse for not properly investigating it

Rape, Murder, Assault > 2 dead dogs
It's a question of priority.

I know, but next time maybe he would poison or kill a human instead. So it would be their fault
