Water.

seriously when youre feeling fatigue like that its because you're dehydrated.

If you are getting enough sleep, start drinking lots of water, at first you'll have to pee a lot but your body will adapt and be able to hold more water in with time.

I always carry a 2 liter bottle of water with me and drink the whole bottle every day. I used to have serious issues with exhaustion especially in the summer with 95+ degree heat and 70-80% humidity almost everyday

yeah, isnt that like liquid speed?

The active ingredient that makes you have the energy boost is BANNED in some countries

Edit: to the OP I also forgot, you might also be having some Vitamin Deficiencies too, so the best bet is to eat some fruit in the morning and throughout the day, if you cant do that then use multivitamins. that with lots of water will help you out a lot.

Before I came to Japan I used to always have a mango with me cause they're delicious. . .but here the cheapest ones are like ten dollars for ONE fking mango. . .the more expensive ones are $30 bucks for one -.-

also energy drinks dehydrate you. . .so you negate the water you drink if you get on those energy drinks

Well its nothing but sugar and really bad for you if you aren't getting enough electrolytes. Better off drinking water or Gatorade.

i think eating something that is on the slightly salty side (like pringles) will stop you from sweating as much.

that being said don't know if its true my mom told me a few years back when i was at an amusement park and didn't feel to good few hours in. was really hot out so i am sure i was dehydrated as hell

I drink usually 3-4 20oz Gatorades a day. Keeps up electrolytes, keeps my hydrated. Also, there's a common rule based on heat/work done.

The hotter it is and the more work you're doing, try and take more frequent breaks. It will allow your body to cool off a lot. Try and drink some water or Gatorade in that time. Energy drinks and soda are the worst possible things to beat dehydration.

If you're still just tired and worn out, drink a 5 hour energy. I wouldn't suggest it, but it works.
