I watched for the first 30seconds and this would go against my right to privacy. Not that I care about people listening onto my phone calls, but going through my computer is like going through my house. Some random person listening to me on a call I don't care, but again going through my stuff is a different thing.
Also I thought this was Biden's doing.. not Obama.
Going on.. 800 illegal downloads on a person's music player. Laaawl That number is off by a zero for maaaaaaany people. Then again that's on the computer.
Another line of edit. I don't get it.. yeah downloading has ruined profits, but hasn't it also maximized profits? Lot of people like to try before you buy, but no one offers such a thing. Then again lot of people are just internet pirates.

More leaks from behind the scenes at the secretive Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement negotiations: the EU is pushing for criminal sanctions for non-commercial copyright infringement.

I think you're thinking of the Bush administration when the VP ran the show =P
Anyways, I'm sure this will be a reality in the near future. Obama is just a more progressive version of Bush...Same spying on fellow Americans.. Same kind of corrupt administration. I would say same Big spending... But his spending is far worse.
I lol'd at the guy that was talking about the transparency... After the first month in office transparency went out the window.

Do treaties not follow the US Constitution? or are they exempt from it? Well, I know for sure, if they enforce ACTA, I will not be bringing my laptop or zune with me anywhere near an airport. The amount of money it would take to fund and enforce this would be enormous, piracy is not even that big of a deal. I've read somewhere that statistics have shown that the amount of albums/music bought has actually increased over time, and that piracy may influence these(positively, as mention before)

I can't understand half the Farking things she is saying.
But I think there will be huge protests against this since most people download their songs nowadays anyway.
