First footage of the 4th installment to the Pirates franchise. Pretty chill.

I saw them filming last week Wednesday off the shore of Ko Olina beach resort. The pirate ship doesn't look all that big in real life, but then again, they were at least a mile away. It was pretty cool seeing it though, they had two little boats in front of it, sending out smoke, must be hard coordinating that, considering it was windy that day.

Well they have gotten it right 3 times so far, i mean i can honestly say i havent left a single PotC movie yet being disappointed.

They knew that without Jack the movie would be a bust, and therefore ensured that he would return, and be a key role in the making of the movie, not just acting.

They just started shooting in Hawaii and London, so if anyone is around there, go check it out

I am much looking forward to this, and furthermore, they added some sexy Latina Curves with Penelope Cruz.. I mean come on, in a Corset... You know its gna at least look good =D

I was in Hawaii a couple weeks ago, they were doing some stuff there. I didn't get to see it though, they closed off the beach.

The last potc movie was horrible!! Its like the producers and director put a bunch of ideas in a hat and said meh phuck it lets just do everything. The cgi was amazing but the story is just wtf were they thinking. Actually it started going downhill with the 2nd one. We'll this is just gonna be another circus act isn't it? lol

To get us to pay more. There was an article about this a few months ago. It was talking about how the entire move industry is adopting 3D to get us to pay more. I'll try and find it.

Huh, I guess that's true but I've seen some movies in 3D and nothing really popped out at you or anything it kinda just looked normal so I was like :palm:

Well they still show up 2D in some theaters so I don't think thats it. I agree with the money idea. Pirated movies didn't take any real hit by all the 3D movies.

that's because good isn't enough to keep people paying for the same stuff(unless it's starwars).
And hollywood cannot do much better than release single hits now.

OT:
the new POTC should be about as lengthy as "At worlds end".
Scenery is always awesome,
jokes and action sometimes...
what they have to work on is the plot, predictable spoilerman films rob the surprise effect all too much.
Then again, it's disney :roll:
