Video capture software + save the captured piece as gif + random gif editor + frame with text = this.

no, i made a thread asking for something. all i got was someone telling me the pic i posted is old and telling me how to make the gifs despite my lack of resources. telling me to google it doesnt help. thats just an ignorant dismissal.

I've never seen so many trolling replies in one thread and I'm not talking about CeLL. Holy shit guys he asked for some GiFs, not how to make them.

... but like somebody mentioned 4chan has a lot of these type of gifs. Even gifs of people shooting tied up old ladies... if that's your thang.

I don't recommend using 4chan for them either..unless you want to sift through pages of porn gifs.
JJ.am is a site that hosts gifs as well..the porn is more easily avoided. Still not really safe for work though.
