Stefan Molyneux, the author of the OP's video, has had an organization for a few years now with a number of followers. Its purpose is to find "personal and political freedom". However, some of the followers have gone as far as abandoning their family and friends to be entirely devoted to Stefan's cause, so other groups have described Stefan's circle of followers as a cult. He is also not very fond of dissenting opinions and has a history of banning people from his forum if they don't agree with his ideas or attempt to rebuke him. Now, I'm not saying that he's some nut with extreme fringe conspiracies. Some of his assessments are correct, but sometimes skews the truth to fit his reasoning.
