Is there any good alternative for the iPod touch? I don't like the fact you need iTunes to put music on it.. And I also think there are cheaper alternatives ^^ PS: Touch function is not needed

alternative for ipod touch without touch?
if you mean just ipod, theres zune and tons of other mp3s (most of which are crappy)
btw why don't you like itunes to put music on your itouch

. unless you mean having to buy the songs, which you don't have to do...

It's annoying to first have to put music into iTunes before you can put it on your iPod. Drop and drag would be a lot easier, just skipping iTunes.

iTunes isn't necessary for music transfer, it's just the default way to do it. There are many other lightweight media players that have plugins that support transferring to iPods. The top three that come to mind right now are Winamp, Songbird, and DoubleTwist. If you'd rather just not get an iPod in general you could always check out www.anythingbutipod.com for non-Apple MP3 player and peripheral reviews and recommendations. Personally, the only other player I'd recommend besides the iPod Touch is the Zune HD, which (as mentioned before) uses its own proprietary software but it works out quite well. Some ZEN players are good but as far as quality and build goes, Apple and Microsoft players are your best bet.

Well, its super simple to transfer(sync) music to your zune, you create folders and drag and drop the mp3 files into them, the software *watches* these folders, and whatever is in them, it syncs into the zune. My friend has the 120GB Zune, and I beleive its cheaper then a Zune HD or ipod touch(32gb).

Zune is a no go. Normal Zune isn't sold here anymore and the Zune HD isn't out yet..
I thought about the Creative Zen Mozaic.. Would it be any good?

1. I just say I can't find an iPod classic which is under the 120GB
2. I think it's stupid spending money on GB's you will probably never use :/

Even though iTunes can be a pain most of the time...I would recommend going with an ipod man, they are reliable mp3 players with alot of cool features and I think you can get an 8GB Ipod touch refurbished on the apple site...for like what? 150$? Thats not bad at all ...but if you don't have that kind of money..just go to your local Best Buy..or electronic's store and look around..im sure they will have something you'll like.
