when i try to submit my social security number to paypal this message pop up. "You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks."

Type in www.paypal.com and find the form from there? Try deleting temporary files/cookies?

PayPal is mostly used as a transfer.. i bought sth for 5$ PayPal takes 5$ from my bank acc... or if you wana add money in the account you can do that.. but i wouldnt
